Getting ready for 2027 starts now. A new hire, a breath of fresh air and a team-building day we won’t forget anytime soon.

Our sales team is growing with Esra, who joined us in July as Customer Service Manager. We’re thrilled to have her with us, welcome!

But onboarding someone isn’t just about showing them their desk and walking them through the tools. It’s about making them feel like they’re truly part of the team. And for that, we found the best way we know: 10 kilometers of canoeing.

Two hours on the water, out in nature north of Paris, with the whole team.

Just paddles, laughter, a few blisters and muscle soreness the next day.

Because a strong team is built in the moments when you’re not selling or negotiating.

The strength of a sales team is its ability to move forward together.

So Esra, welcome to the adventure! You survived the canoes, you’re officially one of us.
