A neutral interconnection market only works if all its customers trust the shared infrastructure. This trust is at the heart of France-IX’s policy, and these are more than words.

On France-IX, direct competitors interconnect every day: operators fighting for the same customers, hosting providers offering the same services…

They exchange traffic on the same platform without fear of being disadvantaged.

For this to work, one condition is absolute: nobody must doubt the platform’s neutrality.

At France-IX, we do interconnection. We operate peering LANs in 6 French cities, linked together by our Multipass service, so you can reach the whole community as if we were all in the same place.

In short, we do interconnection. That is all we do, and we do it well.

Going through an exchange point that has no other interest, and is not an operator, is the best guarantee of working with a neutral IXP.

Entrusting your traffic to an exchange point whose only interest is to deliver it by the best path: that, too, is choosing a trusted partner.

And in turn, this is what reassures and builds trust in a market where digital sovereignty issues are increasingly urgent.
