In a few days, I will be in Paris for the European Peering Forum, and this year is a little special. The EPF is taking place in France, with our community.
The EPF is one of the rare places where you can have real technical and strategic conversations with peers who know exactly what you are talking about: engineers, peering managers, the people who build the invisible infrastructure everything else relies on…
On Monday morning, I will have a speaking slot at 9.30am. The topic I chose to defend: Mesh the Internet. Don’t consolidate it.
It is a conviction I have held for a long time, and one I see confirmed by what we have been building at France-IX for years.
Our vision is that peering works when it rests on cooperation.
I will also have an announcement to make. I won’t say more for now, but it fits exactly within this logic.
If you are there, come and see us 😉
