A look back at our annual seminar at Châteauform’ in Crécy-la-Chapelle! The whole France-IX team gathered for our big internal event of the year.

On the agenda, workshops to think together and find ways forward on key topics:

  • managing stress and workload day to day: concrete tips to stay effective without being overwhelmed;
  • cybersecurity: raising everyone’s awareness to protect ourselves better, collectively, and guarantee the resilience of the service we operate for our peers;
  • team spirit: activities to strengthen ties between teams and connect in other ways.

Thank you to the whole team for its energy, commitment and enthusiasm throughout the seminar! Now it is time for a well-deserved break. Happy holidays, everyone!
