About

As a non-profit association, France-IX needs to gather up its members once a year so that they can close its accounts and renew its board committee. The 2021 edition will be held on a half-day format.

The event will start with the presentation of France-IX’s achievements and future perspectives, along with open discussions where everyone is free to share their opinions and inputs, and will be closed by a cocktail and surprise entertainment.

An electronic vote will be set up to allow members from all over the world to participate. Voting, via the SIMPLYVOTING platform, will be open 2 weeks before the event. Members will be able to vote thanks to a login and password sent by the platform when the vote is open. For any question on the elections or support to access your login details, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

N.B: France-IX’s General Meeting is a private event reserved exclusively for its community. By default, only members, partners, sponsors and guests invited by France-IX have the right to participate. France-IX reserves the right to refuse any registration of a non-member.

In order to access the venue, participants must present one of the following three pieces of evidence constituting the “health pass".

Latest editions

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the 2020 General Meeting was replaced by a virtual session held on 15 December 2020. Members were invited to vote regarding the 2019-2020 accounts, the merger with Rezopole and to renew 2 seats in the Board (out of the 4 seats in total).

Another edition was organised on 29 January 2021 to renew the 2 remaining seats. The elections were indeed split in two parts in order to ensure equity with the Rezopole members, who were integrated as France-IX members after the first GM and thus able to cast their vote.

Please check the “Archives” section for full feedback and vote results.

Board Candidates

Two seats are to be renewed within France-IX's Board. If you recognize yourself in our values and wish to join the adventure for the next 3 years, check out now the official call for applications published in our blog. You have until Friday 29 October to apply:
