    The job

    France-IX is looking for an experienced Sales Support to organize its sales administration and support its commercial development with French and international clients.

     

    Based in Paris, your role is to oversee the management of sales contracts, from the customer's signature to the delivery of the service, as well as to centralize all incoming (email, telephone) requests from customers and prospects not managed by the direct sales force.

     

    Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, you organize the sales and marketing dashboards of the team in order to help the Director of Sales and Marketing to measure the commercial efficiency and the impact of the events and marketing campaigns.

     

    You work closely with the other departments of the company: executive management, sales and marketing, technical and accounting.

     

    Your daily life is organized around the following missions:

    • Ensure the correct processing of customer and prospect requests, from general information to sales contracts with a constant care of responsiveness, compliance and customer satisfaction;
    • Start the process of ordering each service in the information system and follow each order until finalized by the technical team;
    • Organize the sales back office of contracts, amendments and customer quotes and work with the IT department to improve internal IT systems;
    • Produce sales dashboards and ad-hoc analysis required by the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Thanks to its rapid growth, the company now has more than 340 customers, 60% in France and 40% internationally.

    You integrate a young and dynamic company of less than 20 people. You are in direct contact with clients and each person on the team. You integrate the Sales and Marketing team which defines the messages, manages the customer relationship and carries the sales objectives. You are a commercial development player with a direct impact on the acquisition and retention of our clients.

     

    The position is an indefinite term contract in a dynamic and innovative sector. The position is full-time to be filled as soon as possible in Paris 1st, in the center of Paris with little trips outside Paris. Compensation is based on profile, experience and level of expertise.

     

     

    Your profile

    • You have a diploma of higher education or BA with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within a B2B or technological services company;
    • You have already worked in sales teams managing strategic accounts, direct sales and indirect sales;
    • You have a strong team spirit and can work with very different profiles;
    • You have been able to demonstrate during your career a customer-centric attitude with a strong concern for reactivity, efficiency and adaptability;
    • Organization, anticipation, timeliness, rigor, sense of priorities and responsibilities define your personality;
    • You like finding solutions to complex problems;
    • Office software has no secret for you and you are comfortable with CRM tools;
    • You speak and write fluently French and English.
